Work order 298639 So, the issue came down to will Samsung cover the cost of a circuit board in my dishwasher without a receipt? Ultimately, the answer was NO. Both Debbie (dispatcher/ coordinator) and Rene (service tech) although out of their control, made sure that there were no surprises to me by informing me of the total cost breakdown. Needless to say, a new circuit board was installed and a 90 day warranty of parts and labour given as well. They made me feel good as a customer.
