Communication was frequent, professional and reasonable. The workers came precisely on-time and did an excellent job re-grouting and caulking several areas including bathrooms & kitchen. We would definitely use their services again.

Excellent & constant communication via HomeStars! The assigned installer (Varun) arrived on time, installed/basic tested the unit and removed old dishwasher at the promised date/time. I would use them again. Invoice sent via SquareUp allowing for easy payment via Google Pay / credit card.

Ruhul answered my Homestars inquiry quickly and even managed to come out that same evening to inspect and spray for wasps that made their home inside my home. It took a few days for the wasps to fully clear but they definitely went away. At the peak of the problem, we were seeing 20 wasps/day inside house. The day after the spray, the numbers dropped by half and by half again, etc. until they were all gone. It's a relief to have them out of my house.

Company replied quickly to my request and sent plumber out the next morning to provide written quote for repair my kitchen pipe leak and install a new faucet. Called back as tenant said pipes were still leaking. Company followed up and sent somebody to inspect and correct. I was impressed with this.

Received a fast response from Mike on Homestars. He was very pleasant and provided great advice on replacing the brass kitchen sink pipes with ABS. Angelo arrived on the same day and completed the work.

I found S&S Cleaning from Homestars and received a fast & accurate quote for time/rate. The cleaners arrived on time as promised and performed a very good deep cleaning of our rental unit. When the tenants moved in, they actually said "Wow! It's so clean. I love it." Communication with Sophie (manager) was top notch. I will definitely use their services again for my other rental properties. Highly recommended. Update: we hired S&S Cleaning again for different rental condo. Once again they did a great job.
