Initially I refused and allow to wait for couple of days, the reason you see at last. Without any concern and evidence, it is meaningless to for extermination and that I did.
This is second day of our extermination and as I believe mission is accomplished at this time. But still keep eye on it as I directed to you.

Gancy was extremely professional and friendly. He gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and how he planned to solve it. Mice were gone well within the timeline he told us. Also, work was guaranteed for 12 months. I'd recommend him to anyone with a mouse problem.
