I called Aida on a Monday to come and do a deep cleaning of our apartment before a special event on the weekend. We don't have a regular cleaning service, and are a busy family with kids so our place hadn't had a deep clean in over a year. Aida managed to fit us in on Wednesday and came with one other person, the two of them cleaned for 3 hours and our place was sparkling when they left. We have hired other cleaners in the past, but Aida was by far the best -- she really cares about the quality of her work and worked non-stop while she was here. I felt that her price was very fair for the depth and thoroughness of her cleaning. She is also a very nice person to deal with. We will definitely hire her again the next time we need to whip our place into shape.

Eric came very soon after our email query on his company's website. He looked throughly at our house and our neighbours' for entry points, then deduced that we had mice, not squirrels, so he couldn't help us (his company only does humane wildlife removal). He gave us good advice, and did not charge a cent, even though he was here for almost half an hour. And he was a very nice person to deal with. I would definitely call SWAT first the next time we suspect we have an animal problem.
