We made the best decision ever hiring Patti-Lynn Interiors to replace the old main floor tiles. Rick and his team (Peter, Robert, and Bill) were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Rick and his team kept us updated throughout the reno process, addressed our questions/concerns, and amazed us with the touch ups that truly highlighted the quality aspect of the whole reno. The new porcelain tiles were installed with the thinnest grout lines, using a recommended grout colour that made the tiles “mesh” seamlessly, which modernized the entire main floor. The touch ups revitalized the existing cabinetry, renewed the previously damaged kickplates, and rejuvenated the overall look of the kitchen, hallway, and powder room. Our special requests to repair a portion of the powder room subfloor and replace the previous baseboards were promptly and accurately completed. We are so pleased with how the main floor reno exceeded our expectations that we are looking forward to our backsplash reno with Patti-Lynn Interiors. We are grateful to have Patti-Lynn Interiors complete our backsplash reno project. We chose a custom chevron pattern that required pinpoint accuracy, patience, and determination to pull off the look. Rick, Peter, and Robert used laser precision measurement to maximize the accuracy of the custom chevron pattern that ensured the continuation of the pattern from wall to wall. Every tile was custom cut and meticulously placed piece by piece. Once again Rick, Peter, and Robert came through and surpassed our high expectations. Thank you so much for the amazing results!
