Dave's Duct Cleaning service was called after in 2014 I installed a HEPA filter system. After all this time I contacted Dave to let him know I found an issue with required pictures. Once he reviewed had a team at my door the very next day who were courteous and helpful. They worked on my issue quickly with no hesitation. By the way, I do NOT get that with other renovation companies who come grudgingly if I find an issue. Even though the work was done, a part has to be ordered and when it comes in they will again show up. Charge for this 0.00! For over the past years since 2014 I have referred friends and family to them as well with no reported complaints. I paid probably average to above average for either duct cleaning in past year (I forgot to review sorry) and the HEPA equipment. Each time dealing with them on email they have been wonderful to deal with and never make me feel stupid. With each situation I contact them with for the air ducts they are always willing to help providing solutions. I really really wish other renovation companies were like this. Thanks Dave and staff. I wanted to let your readers know about this great duct cleaning company. I have had duct cleaners before and even went for the "bargain basement" duct cleaners. Sometimes in the past when I did get the cheapest duct cleaners I found that after the air still smelled awful or even worse. Not with this company. Even when booking through email and telephone I was advised when to have it done and what to do at every step of the procedure for something so simple as duct cleaning. Well I found out that duct cleaning is not simple. These guys Brandan and Mike and dealing with Mike and Stanley at the office was a complete pleasure. I found them on homestars.ca. They went out of their way to answer my numerous questions on the procedure and were extremely professional and understanding with their explanations and procedures. And they did NOT even upsell their services. I had to inquire on the other things I could get. I ended up buying a HEPA filter as well as a VOC cleaner. None of my people I know even have one. Many people think I am nuts but these guys totally backed up my suspicions that we should have it due to our allergies and our desire to have clean air. In todays world the house air quality is very very bad and some research on the internet will reveal this to anyone. So I decided to get these filters after the duct cleaning. The price was reasonable. I can attest to the saying "you get what you pay for". The air has been very fresh even with our renovations going on. When I had to inquire about these services the staff was actually not pushy at all and I had to insist on it. So think about that. They actually was looking out for me the customer, not for my money! In addition to the professional efforts they also go beyond their duties to satisfy my needs even doing things that they really do not need to do. My family could not believe it. One of them had just done theirs at the same time and they are so upset that their ducts and air are still not clean. They want to call in my duct cleaners now! They paid 99.00. We will be using their services again soon. I highly recommend you use this company for your duct cleaning and air quality services.

I wanted to let your readers know about this outstanding cleaning company. I researched carefully on here which cleaning company could clean our site. This site was quite difficult because while we were told no animals were allowed into the basement, there was a sickly pee smell down there. Adel and his staff were professional and on time. Even the though the cost of the cleaning for our area was extremely affordable compared to my market research, they treated us as if we were paying thousands. They went beyond their duty to clean our carpets even warning of times when it would not work and what they could do under the circumstances. The staff even cleaned NON carpet areas so I was impressed. Homestars has really helped me search for great service companies and this is one of them. You cannot go wrong getting these guys! They are email proficient as well as that helps busy people schedule without wasting time on the phone. I highly recommend getting this company to clean your carpets and areas with confidence. I was very very pleased and will be calling them for me and my people who need this service!

I had to report to you on this outstanding company. I did research before getting a Home Inspector and one of the things that got me was when my real estate contacts know of these guys and said that these guys have a excellent reputation in the industry for being one of the best and thorough. Remember that this comes from my real estate connections -- not even related to my site to be reviewed. The cost actually was reasonable. My thinking is if they are as good as the reputation and if they stand behind what they say then they have to be good. These guys stand behind what they say. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Gibson for my inspection and he stayed for the full time or even longer to review our proposed house. He explained things as he went through it and was fair. Even though he found quite a few things wrong with this site he felt that they could be fixed and that the house was a good find. He found things that were totally totally naked to the eye which was an eye opener. I paid for the engineer with degree as well as the thermal scan. So I went with almost the full package. I did not do the asbestos search. The inspector did check for that for me as well. There were places where he showed me why it was highly unlikely there was asbestos. What I learned I taught my people and they went back to their houses to check it and fix it! This knowledge is so great and important and not readily available especially when someone explains what it means. I recommend that you get this company and request of one these great inspectors like Mr Gibson or the others listed here. I just wanted to write a quick note on the services and products from this company. We had to stage parts of our house for sale and we have 3 young kids. They also have peanut and nuts and fur allergies. Sadiya worked hard to make sure our kids were not allergic to the furniture and accessories even going as far as to get the furniture companies to be aware or allergies and to make special requests. Also she pick out kid friendly items that were hard to break or hard get hurt on. We appreciated the small details. Her staff also came and helped do special things like paint and even advised on painting techniques. Over 50 families that came to see our house, loved the rooms that Altona Design specifically decorated or arranged to showcase our houses' potential. It probably helped in our sale and we thank her and her team. We will be using them in the future. Their price was fair and items that we kept as part of the packages we still love. Thanks

It was Sunday and the toilet was clogged up with possible childrens toys. Yucky not pleasant. I had to work and could not really fix it nor knew how to. I read about this company on homestars so called in and got Mike to call me back. He showed up at the time slot we agreed on, he fixed the issue as he promised and he even tried to help some other plumbing issues if he could. He was polite and cleaned up the mess after. Very satisfied with Mike from this company.
