We placed an order for furniture on December 2016 totaling $15.454.00 from the showroom on 35 Arrow Road, Weston, ON. The delivery date was June 8, 2017 but on that day only part of our order was delivered. The remaining items were to arrive June 15,2017. Nothing was delivered on that day and we were told that we would receive the shipment by the END of the JUNE. Again heard from the store that remaining items were no longer available!! They offered us store credit of $2000.00 instead of refunding our money. Since there is nothing in the store we wanted we want our money back. On top of all this inconvenience, confusion and bad service we still have furniture waiting to be assembled, that the delivery men said they do not assemble. There is also a light fixture that is not working.
Hi Maryam. I'm very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. I believe there was a slight language barrier issue as 2 gentleman came in to ask about the living room set. The cancelled furniture arrived 2 days after they came in (the 15th) and not at the end of the month. There were a lot of pieces on this order and there was one issue with an end table that was replaced and some shelf pins that are on order for you. If there is anything you would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to do so. Jason M. - Sales Manager
