been trying since may to get a replacement part for a ryobi 16"hybrd mower,all i need is the mulch plug ,well i would be better off switching brands altogether ,while i love the tools ( ryobi )trying to get an answer from homedepot is worse than trying to find hens teeth,they dont seem to care too much about after sales treatment of their customer,and then if you write a bad review on their website ,they will say it does not meet "their" criteria its too bad ,i will no longer be shopping at home depot ,as i am lucky i have lots of other choices ,other people may not be so lucky ,be careful what you purchase from this outfit as getting parts for anything they sell does not seem to be a concern to them

bought a new (too us home )in sept and never noticed a length of fascia was missing ,and we thad a problem with some leaking gutters,and figured we should probably get them cleaned if the cost wasn't too much gso i got a few quotes and guys telling me that they might get around to it sometime, probably because it was not a big enough job too them but it was too me ,so i never went any further with those people,i read the reviews about mo from gutter patrol ,and thought okay give him a call ,he returned my call within probably 10 mins,and said he would come out that day and give me a quote which was very reasonable indeed,now there was still a ton of snow on my roof so i wasn't expecting it to be done right away ,but just needed a ruff time frame and cost ,mo said once the snow was gone he would give me a call ,and yesterday (sat )he give me a call he said he was in the area and could do it right away ,so from the time he called me to getting the job done was approx 90 mins really ( amazing) .MO and mark went over exactly want was to be done to make sure we were on the same page ,and by the time i had finished talking with mo, mark had the fascia installed ( wow ) and was on to cleaning out gutters that had not been cleaned in probably 25 years while mo was taking care care of installing some flashing and end cap,sand walla the where done ,he also gave e some great advice on the state of my roof all with absolutely no upsell ,in fact he talked me out of some extra downspouts that i thought i needed ,( this impressed me a lot )i will definitely be using Mo again in the future,and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends or family Mo is a genuine nice guy as is mark and they definitely put customer service 1st and his prices are definitely very reasonable,i would highly recommend Gutter Patrol too all thanks Mo paul & melaine

there are so many carpet cleaners in the Calgary area ,that it makes it hard to choose ,while future carpets seems more expensive than your local flyer $ 99-00 special right of the bat by the time they add on all the extras they end up costing you more way more ,with future carpets this is not the case ,be honest with them about the size of your house /apartment number of stairs ,etc etc,and you will get a honest quote and that is exactly what you will pay .I called earlier than most probably 6 weeks in advance that's just the way I do things and Gerald got back to me within 10 mins of calling,he was extremely polite and professional and understood I was excited to be moving to my 1 st home he booked me in and sent me reminders of the date & time of the appointment which I did appreciate with everything going on they showed up on time ,did a fantastic job ,the house had 2 huge dogs living there beforehand and you could smell them ,when future carpets was finished it smelled better than new, looked fantastic and best of all did not leave a chemical smell, just a very fresh scent I apologize for not remembering the operator's name as I had phone guys cable guys etc,etc, coming and going but he was a very pleasant young man who knew what he was doing ,the best part of this experience was absolutely no up-sell on anything they did a fantastic job I would highly recommend this guys for a stress free experience thank you very much . Had super powers move us from a large basement apartment to a new ( to us ) 3 storey house , from the 1st phone call until the job was complete there was no problems whatsoever ,with the stress of moving the littlest thing can seem huge to people moving ,but these guys Gord and his helper ( sorry i forgot his name ) where professional from the start , arrived on time and within the quote gord surveyed the apartment on arrival to see the layout ,and his helper was putting down floor protectors ,the loading went very smooth indeed ,they where done in no time ,upon arrival at the new house ,he had a couple of options for unloading,i showed gord both and then let him decide which was best ( after all he is the professional )again he surveyed the layout of the house ,while his helper laid out floor protectors then they got to it ,it was pretty hot morning so i made sure they had lots of cold drinks water /pop etc and told them to please help themselves ( after all even superpowers need to drink ) they where both very friendly,and easy to get along with, i tried to stay out of there way and let them do what they do best,all in all every thing went way better than i thought it would and if i was ever to move again i would not hesitate to use superpowers again, paul & melanie. ps you guys rock

we had a (new to us ) home inspection done by lucas 20/20 our appointment was for 9-00am ,I got there around 8-45am and lucas and his guys where already there and had got started on the inspection , amazing thing these days a contractor showing up early and getting on with the job, Lucas was great to deal with very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home ,and his crew never stopped ,anything I wasn't sure about or had questions about ,he took the time to explain them to me and give some suggestion's to fix things ,with all the information I was receiving I was starting to get a bit overwhelmed and was worried about not remembering some things ,but Lucas put me at ease when he told not to worry everything will written in a report with pics, on the day the inspection was done was also the last day of our offer on the house, so I was concerned about the timing and when I would receive the report ,again Lucas said not to worry he would get it out to me a.s.a.p. and he had it to me within an 1-1/2 hours ,and the detail with pics in the report was brilliant ,some stuff I had forgot about was there and with the added pics it made everything so simple ,I would absolutely recommend 20/20 home inspections if you want a extremely detailed easy to understand report on any home ,one thing to remember though if you want 20/20 to sugar coat your home they are probably not for you lucas is a straight shooter and calls it as he see"s it which is one off the things I really like about him ,100% recommend 20/20 home inspections Paul Williamson Calgary
