Obanel and his team took on the task of assisting us with a huge project with past spring. The home we purchased was 1979 original and needed a lot of love! There was floor to ceiling dark oak judge's panelling in much of the home and our options were to either remove it all or tackle our original vision of having it sprayed with paint. Obanel could see our vision and set his team to work spending countless hours sanding, filling, priming and lacquering. The transformation was incredible! We also had them do some drywall repairs and ceiling texturing and smooth-coating throughout. We had a tight timeline, a budget, and a certain product quality in mind and East-West Renovations exceeded our expectations in all of these areas. We purchased a 1979 original home and spent several months renovating the whole thing. The vents had clearly been neglected for years, plus we added to the state of them with renovation mess. Modern PURAIR were a pleasure to deal with and provided a very reasonable quote for all vents and 3 furnaces. They were punctual, professional and efficient. Our technician was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house with myself and my 3 small children and also leaving him alone in the house to do his work. He removed 3 large garbage bags from the vents so we were so thankful that we had only moved in a few days prior to the service! I rarely take the time/remember to review companies, especially if the service was good. However, after months of renovations and dealing with countless companies, we have realized how rare it is to have a flawless, stress-free experience at some stage during a service.
