Hello everybody, Following the gas company replacing my gas meter, they had to turn off my gas supply and then return to relight the pilot light in my water heater and furnace. All seemed well until the last week of October when we needed the furnace to start working for a living after a much needed summer off. Low and behold the pilot had gone out and would not relight. I was very concerned when the gas company wanted to start dithering with my furnace, like me, it is very old and just wants to be left the heck alone. Here my worst fears had been realised and at the busiest time of the year for those in the furnace repair and servicing business. We called Air in Motion and they had a technician at our house within two hours. They gave a time window of between 4 and 6 pm, and he arrived around 5:30.....perfect! He cleaned and serviced the furnace and solved the problem in moments. The cost was very reasonable and I was not subjected to any attempt to upsell me to an expensive "high efficiency" new furnace. Steve also followed up with a customer service call to check that all was well. I highly recommend Air in Motion for their prompt service and excellent customer service. Thankyou, Steve & Miranda
