I couldn’t be more pleased with AAA Bates. Chris was our friendly / knowledgeable and punctual technician. After he climbed onto the roof and searched through the attic to assess the situation, we discussed his plan and Chris proceeded to NEATLY fit all of my roof vents and potential openings with protective screening and a one way door. A couple of days later, he returned and nicely removed 4 baby raccoons from my attic. He placed them outside where they were reunited with mom the same night. Chris removed the one way door, sealed up the opening to prevent their return and finished up the job. It’s been a few weeks and there is no sign of raccoons. Excellent / highly recommended and worth EVERY penny. This is the kind service we all hope for when hiring a company which is so hard to find nowadays.

Thanks to Matt and his crew for doing a fantastic job. The project was started and finished as promised and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Matt was professional and easy to deal with. After being a building contractor for 20 years myself, I am aware of the difficulties in finding reliable, honest and skilled trades. Well.. this is one of those rare finds, that’s why they’ve been in business so long. I was told by others who quoted that King only did larger commercial projects and I would have a hard time getting them to do my 100’ of iron fencing. Not the case, just the opposite in fact. Matt quickly provided a clear detailed quote. Don’t think twice about hiring Matt and King fence.

Called Oakville Appliance Repair, next day and a rep from a company called SOS appliance repair showed up and said they were "partners". That's not who I called.....but service man very nice and diagnosed problem he told me it was a repair thay he couldn't do himself and the next available tech who could was four days away. I was told a bolt broke off my motor mount and it was $460 +hst to repair and $1500 + hst with a new motor. Next day I climbed a ladder 6 feet in the air and replaced a broken bolt in 5 minutes. The tech on the phone seemed to know the problem but was obviuosly gouging me. There's no excuse this time Oakville Appliance Repairs. Trying to sub -out your reputation?? Beware of Oakville, don't fall for these guys.
