I needed to run some plumbing in my basement; a bathroom and kitchen. Ozan came over and saw that I needed quite a bit more work than he anticipated. No worries - he tackled it head on. He did a great job. Since then, I had some plumbing issues unrelated to his work, and he dropped by same day to look at them! The customer service was superb and I know I can trust Ozan to get a quality job done. I'm very happy with his service.

I am renovating my basement and needed drawings for contractors. I needed a design that was functional from 2 perspectives: a space that can be used as an extension of the main home; as well as a space that can be treated like a separate suite. I found Vilma and she had lots of experience, a nice portfolio and awesome process to get started. Vilma's estimate was delivered quickly, and orderly. I selected her because the value was great, and everything was done digitally (no hand-drawn stuff). Once I selected her she showed up on time, and quickly got to work. She had mockups for me in 1 day! From there she was very patient with my feedback and gave some awesome recommendations. I am very happy with her services and highly recommend her!

I had previously hired some contractors to remove an interior wall, to expose brick underneath. Unfortunately they left the brick in rough shape with some pretty noticeable damage. I was in a bit of a pinch. I contacted a few masons, and almost all of them said I had to: replace all the brick, stain it, or do a new wall with veneer. All of this seemed like a bit much, since I had already invested a bit to get the bricks exposed. It also seemed a bit overkill, seeing as the house is old, I didn't want the wall to be too "new". It had to look old. Alas, Carlo came by, and he had a totally different approach. You could tell he has a lot of experience! He said no problem, he could repair the wall. He also stressed the importance of making it look old, like an antique! It was music to my ears. He was the only mason who said this is possible. So, I went with Carlo. The job took two days. I also had him patch up some concrete blocks in the basement which were in disrepair. The guys were very polite, and on time. You could tell they were true professionals and took their craft seriously. They also made a point to thoroughly clean up the space before leaving. They even cleaned some extra muck that was in my basement! The brick looks great now! I am so pleased I don't have to invest any more money into it. I will use Carlo for more work in the future. I am super happy with Milestone Aluminum. I hired them to replace my non-functioning eavestroughs and completely rotted fascias. From the beginning, Milestone's quote was thorough and easy to schedule. Everything was clearly explained and laid out. From there, installation day came, and the guys were exactly on time. They didn't mess around - they got right to work. They were done within the day and the quality is excellent. I am super, super impressed. It's obvious Milestone works hard and strives to impress. It's why they're the best. If you need new eavestroughs, you won't regret going with these guys. FWIW: I had to replace to Fascia boards, the fascia, and add all new eavestroughs and downspouts. I also got the leaf guard system.

I am so happy I found Ted. I have a 100 yr old home that had no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Mold and airflow was becoming an issue. Even worse, other contractors I had worked with for other jobs, left sour tastes in my mouth due to not so good workmanship. Ted is the opposite. His pricing is very reasonable. He installed a high quality fan that's not available in stores. He also gave me good advice about placement, which other general contractors did not. In addition, he went the extra mile and fixed a small electrical I was having. Ted and his wife arrived on time, and were gone by the afternoon. The place was tidied up and everything works great! I couldn't be happier. That's how a buying experience is supposed to be! Thanks Ted! Highly recommended and will use again if required. -- Wanted to post an update later, in 2020: the fan used didn't have backflow protection. At night the outdoor flap would make an incredible amount of noise, and it would echo throughout the house. Furthermore, there was a draft, as I could look outside through the fan (it was weird just seeing through this big hole). I tried to remedy this and contact Ted, but he didn't drop by and help. Instead, he said "he no longer uses the fan he installed for me." As it turns out, I was the guinea pig for this product, and it isn't very good. I've filled the fan with insulation in the mean time and no longer use it. I'll have it replaced when I re-do my washroom. Ted is a nice guy, but his customer service post install was lacklustre. Didn't want to leave a bad review, either.. but I regret this purchase.
