We had considerable ponding on a small flat roof at the back of our house, so we were looking to have a slope added and the roofing material replaced. We noticed a nearby neighbour having their roof done one day, and we called the number on the side of the truck to see if they could fit us in. While acknowledging his commitment to his current schedule of clients, Michael proposed fitting our relatively quick job in that evening, and his staff agreed to the extra work. They were very polite and professional, and worked quickly enough to have our neighbours full roof and our flat roof finished by 7:30PM. Best of all, they cleaned as they went (I've seen a number of roofing jobs that make it look like a hurricane hit the yards of the house in question and their immediate neighbours), and since it was getting pretty dark, they came back first thing in the morning to make sure they didn't miss anything. In terms of quality of work, I'm not a roofing expert, but the ponding is completely gone, and everything looks great. Amazing service in every way, and a very competitive price.
