The professionalism of the technician sent in was amazing! He did such a thorough job, and took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and why. I have brought Pest Detective in again for ant control as well and their thoroughness and cleanliness is outstanding. (plus i haven't seen any ants since!) I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them.

We had Qualita Property Service completely remodel our master bathroom. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are outstanding. The 3d design, the help with the picking out tiles,faucets, tubs & light fixtures, and the professionalism of this team has exceeded all expectations, and i could not be more happy with the finished product. They were clean, on time and on budget! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using their services again in the future.
