BEAUTIFULLY EXECUTED PROJECT!!! In a world where excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and great customer service are fading, or pretty much nonexistent, Paul from 7 inch Concrete and Coatings is a shining superstar. I recently hired Paul from 7inch Concrete and coatings to redo my front porch and staircase. I interviewed more than 3 different companies for the job, and as soon as I met with Paul, I was confident that he was the man for the job. He is very courteous and he really knows his stuff! Paul took his time while showing me the samples and provided me with lots of options and advice. He communicated very clearly what he was going to do, and arrived for the job precisely when he said he was going to, with a big smile and eagerness to do the work. Watching him work is like watching an artist create a masterpiece. He really cares about quality, and wasn't rushed to finish like many who just want to make a quick buck. It's like he was working on his own porch. Paul fixed all the cracks and uneven areas of the porch and staircase and coated it , exactly matching the colour I wanted, he even cleaned up after himself, leaving the place spotless, returning the next day to seal his work. Im very happy with the outcome , it looks so pretty , that I've had multiple people stop and compliment my gorgeous porch and staircase. They all say "wow, I've never seen anything look this good", and they are right , I've never seen anything so perfect and beautifully executed ! My porch used to be the ugliest one on the street, but now, it is the sharpest looking one and envy of the neighbourhood. His attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship as well as his friendly demeanour and exceptional customer service, make him a standout. He is unquestionably a true talent and a true professional.

I have used these guys 3 times before, twice for quartz and once with granite. Each time they did great work, they took their time to take proper measurements, and even came back one time to take cardboard stencils to make sure things fit perfect. One time we forgot to mention the old counter was still in the kitchen, was not a problem, not even a tiny complaint. The guys made quick work of it and removed it happily. The counters all fit perfectly and looked great, they had the tiniest tightest seams, they were barely noticeable. Recently I used them again for my mothers kitchen reno, she had selected a quartz counter top with a marble like look to it and a matching quartz back splash. When the guys came out to measure, they helped my mom make the best plan that would look the best, they were very friendly and patient and my mom said they were a pleasure to work with. After the counter was installed they returned for a second round of measuring and planning for the tricky full piece back splash, the installer took his time and measured and checked everything a second time to make sure everything was perfect for install. Two days later they were back with the back splash and it went in so perfect! It looked like the cupboards were installed on a wall of marble. Everything fit so precisely against the cupboards, there was barely space to fit a sheet of paper. The seams were so straight and tight and the veins all matched perfectly like it was one huge slab of marble(quartz). I am a person who usually finds imperfections in everything , but I honestly could not have been more impressed with the work they did. I can hardly use this word to describe any work that i have paid to be done at my home, but it looks FANTASTIC!! So happy I have found such great craftsman, so friendly and helpful, true professionals. The owner worked with my Mom selecting materials, and gave her exact times the guys would show up. They were always on time and took their time during the install, never seemed like they were rushing to finish and took the time to make everything perfect. These guys really take pride in their work, and are not just out to take your money and then make excuses as to why things don't look right like 90% of contractors i have dealt with. They even brought a vacuum and cleaned up the little mess they made!! Who does that now days?! Very low stress transaction, amazing result. So happy!! I recommend them to all my friends and everyone is always happy with their work and the prices they charge. I would never think of using anyone else in the future.
