Very impressed, the door and frame of my home was destroyed during a break in. After the police report was done FirstonSite was here within 30 mins to assess the door. They then sent someone to secure the door until the new door was ordered within 40 mins of that. Dennis arrived first thing the next morning with options for the new door and frame. Because I ordered a custom door and frame the process was going to take longer. Dennis came by with a additional protection for the door on his own time and installed it for me so I could sleep at night. As soon as the door came in the installers were here and within a few hours the door was fixed. The installers were respectful and left the house clean after they were done. Overall a GREAT experience and I would highly recommend.

I have used Carlos as an interior painter for many years, and will continue to use his services as long as he will have me. He is someone you can trust in your home, in fact he has a key to my home. He is respectful of my home, my needs and expectations. I admit I am not an easy client, my expectations are high, I’m critical of fine details and ALWAYS pick the most difficult colours to work with. His communication is prompt and clear, he arrives on time, works a full day and if the project takes more than one day he cleans up so I can be comfortable in my home. I have dogs and he chats with them while he works - it’s just the cutest. I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos without hesitation.

I have used 1 800 Got Junk many times and each time I have received great service. I think it's important for people to understand the cost savings of using this service. It is not cheaper to remove on your own if you calculate the cost of renting a truck, man power, disposal fees etc. The drivers today Pedro and Brandon A were wonderful, they stayed in touch and communicated clearly. They were prompt, attentive, clear on pricing and the how the system worked. They were very respectful of my home and my dog - I felt safe as a woman on her own. They made sure I was satisfied with the removal and asked if they could help with anything else. Overall, a great experience and both Pedro and Brandon A are an asset to the company. I will continue to use 1 800 Got junk in the future.
