The technician came to the house and figured out the problem within 10 minutes . Ordered the part , although the part took long to come in but as soon as they got it we got a call and were given a service date. The texts updates made it very easy for us to manage our schedule around the repair. Technician was on time and very help . The entire experience was very pleased.
