I had Modern Insulation attend and give me a quote for the insulation of my new home that I was the general contractor for. They were on time and very professional in their appearance and manner in which they explained what they offered and what the building code required. I had done some homework prior to them coming but this is the first project of this magnitude that I've tackled. The price was competitive and the work was completed in a timely manner as promised. The work was tidy and representatives of the company were professional. I believe my home is very efficient and was complimented by the township inspector as to how well my home was insulated. It does reflect on my energy costs. In particular, my loft over my garage is sound and has absolutely no drafts. I would recommend Modern to anyone.
