We had a couple of trees in our back yard that needed trimming, one entirely in our yard, and one in a neighbours yard with branches reaching out property. Brad and his crew did everything very professionally and cleaned up the yard. Its my second time using this company for tree pruning, and Id be happy to turn to them again.

Michael replaced our shower pan and doors. Our previous shower pan was not properly level, resulting in water pooling on the shower floor. The sliding doors were difficult to clean and maintain. Over the years, the moisture resulted in paint peeling from the ceiling above the shower, which finally pushed us to make some changes. We were impressed with Michael’s work ethic and work product, but what stood out the most was Michael’s clear communication and reliability. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. When he ran into complications, he persevered until they were resolved. The straightforward communication was a breath of fresh air compared to prior contractors I had dealt with, and I would recommend Michael in a heartbeat.

My grill was thoroughly and efficiently cleaned, as promised. I would happily reach out for future service.

My wife and I were puzzled by a musty smell in our ensuite bathroom for several months and were suspecting a mold problem. We wanted a professional to look at the property to ascertain whether we had anything to be concerned about. Pat used did an inspection of all levels of the house with the help of his thermal scanner and reassured us that we had no moisture issues. He tracked down the odour to a drain that needed to be cleaned out. Pat was very thorough in his walkthrough of the house, explained what he was doing as he was doing it, and pointed out some helpful maintenance tips. Pat was a pleasure to deal with, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him and relying on his services again should the need arise.

We purchased a newly-renovated house with newly-laid kitchen, bathroom, and shower tiles, both floor and wall. A year after we moved in, we noticed the grout has disintegrated and the tiles were moving around. It turned out the tiles had been barely glued to the floors and walls and were mostly held together by the grout. On the upside, they came off really easily... Ronal and his son did a great job gluing back the tiles that had become completely separated from the wall/floor and using epoxy grout in the hopes that the tiles that hadn't been properly glued but also weren't completely loose would be held together better. While I'm not sure how long this solution will hold, especially for the tiles that were not reglued from scratch, we're happy with it in the meantime and are happy we can get some more time out of these tiles without having to completely tear out our brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The one thing to be aware of is to double check how much time is being booked for the work. I was initially told two days would be booked for the kitchen, only to later find out it was one day. Similarly, I had been told four days would be set aside for the bathrooms, only to find out that only two days had been booked. However, Ronal and Felipe worked tirelessly to get everything done in the time they were here, staying until close to 8pm one day, and managed to complete the job.

Brad and his crew removed a dead ash tree from my back yard. They quoted me a very competitive price, and the service was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I would definitely recommend their services.
