Caroline Vincent provided excellent advice and was very creative in designing shelves specific to my needs. Jon Robertson did the installation. His measurements were exact and the shelves work well. He is also providing follow-up service for me to check into one of the shelves that is a bit sticky. I have every confidence that he will remedy the situation.
