Strongly recommend this company, they did great work for my wife and I. Edit 2 on 8/Nov - After reading my review, the company reached out to me to ask if they could make the two things mentioned below right. It shows how much they care about their workmanship and reputation. They came back and took care of the small details, so now I can recommend them both for their work, and their after sales service! 10 stars! << What went well >> - Did a fantastic job, in the time frame promised - The crew arrived exactly when agreed (and I mean, EXACTLY) and got work right away - Kept the worksite clear, with a minimum of noise - Took care to protect my windows, my neighbors windows and the surface of my desk - At one point they had to stop work due to rain, but communicated in advance and tried their best to work within the weather. - Price was significantly lower than other quotes. << What they could have done better >> - I have had pieces of roof material and insulation come out the end of my downspout since the work, so it seems the eavestrough spout was not blocked properly. I have no idea now if there are blockages, which makes me worry about ice over winter, especially because I have a very long drain. They came back after completing the job to blow out the drain just to be safe. - The visible trim they installed at the edge wasn't as nice as it was before. It's (presumably!) waterproof etc., but the quality was different to what what my siding contractor had installed just a few months earlier. Apparently the roof height dropped when replaced, so that lines weren't quite the same. << Overall >> This company was great to work with and I will choose them again in the future.

I wish we could have made the trim on the back of the flat roof one height as it would have looked smoother, but unfortunately your attached neighbors roof has many layers on it. That's why there is a three inch rise where they meet. We installed a new flashing with less cuts in it to give it a smother look.
That's really all that can be done there until your neighbor replaces his roof and hopefully removes all the layers to make the two roofs one level.
