Absolutely terrible service. The worst I have received in my whole life. Disgusted by the whole experience. Last minute cancellations, wrong handles, failed to turn up, cowardly customer service people. I have to say that the doors are beautiful and the actual installation guys were top notch also but still waiting for some handles and had to settle for the wrong handles on another door because they got that wrong after initially forgetting completely. All this 2 months after initial installation date. Absolute joke of a company. Two weeks later I still have a napkin on my door instead of a handle and still have the wrong handles on my front door. Told they can only fit the missing handle on may 21st!!! because they only have 4 installers!!! they don't know anything about my missing handles. Unbelievable. AVOID at all costs.

I moved from England and had never owned a pool before. Danny has been so helpful in educating me and keeping my pool(s) under control. On my second pool he helped me find the right person and the right design as I have two young children. Top quality service and if anything has ever gone wrong he comes to rescue me in a second. Don't look any further than him. I would refer him to anyone. A great man too which is always a bonus.

After a Job went wrong I spoke with Shane At Finer Edge to get me out of a hole. He himself came round to see the damage, offered some advice and the very next day a team were sent round. They arrived early, the prep was immaculate and they got cracking. Extremely tidy, hard working and the guys were friendly and easy to get on with. Shane even came round to check on the job. We were so impressed we got them back a couple of weeks later to do more work and will continue to use them in the future.
