We purchased hardwood to be installed in our living room and the store recommended Mark as a contractor. When I contacted him, he told me exactly when he could do the job and in a further conversation, he verified details of the job (sq. ft, price and materials). The team showed up promptly on the day, worked so efficiently and meticulously. The 2 installers spent approximately 8 hours from start to finish and didn't even take a break. Before installing the hardwood. they showed us how the first section would look and asked if we liked it thus far. They removed the baseboards carefully and put them back in perfect condition. They cleaned up the work space and did a wonderful job! Total cost was reasonable & generally what we estimated. We are so pleased with our new room!

This company was recommended from a family member who hired them to do their yard clean up for the spring. We hired them this year and they were fantastic. They first came out to take a look at the size of the yard and provided a quote. They came back a few days later and the 4 workers were very efficient. They did everything - power raking, aerating, power edging, hedge trimming and placed fertilizer at the end. The rate is reasonable compared to other companies. The lawn already looks better and has started turning green. The guys who came did a careful job, cleaned up everything and were very professional. We intend on hiring them again for both fall and spring clean up.

Was looking to hire qualified movers to help family that was downsizing from a large house to a condo. From the name and initial conversation, the company seemed like a great choice in that would really take time and care during the move. Went ahead and hired them. 4 of us were in house finishing packing boxes while they were loading the truck. Seemed fairly efficient, however, they were not overly cautious with boxes and especially items labelled as delicate or fragile. Caught them moving coffee tables and curio cabinet to the van without any fabric wrapped around - and only when I saw and asked them to, did they do so. In the end, they were a little careless and I think they need to pay better attention to customer service.Their rates were not the greatest either. Lesson learned.

Went to look at a new sofa and I love the styles and selection at Bombay. The girl offered to help me as there are 2 styles and then a number of different fabrics to choose from. I was able to pick the style I loved and find the right shade...then the girl mentioned an additional saving by opening a Bombay credit card so I was able to save an extra 10%. I received friendly and helpful service, not pushy...and after it arrived and was delivered, the purchase was final sale, but I was so pleased with my choice. I also love that Bombay products are good quality and different from major department stores. I will continue to shop there!

I needed a new washer and dryer. The sales guy at this location was very helpful, explained the differences between all of the brands and sets. He even gave me an invitation to a private shopping event, followed up with a phone call and so I went back to look again. We was able to sell me the set I thought was best as far as size, features and brand at a lower price and I was able to negotiate for a savings on delivery. He was very people-friendly and truly wanted to make a customer feel that they were getting what they wanted at a good price. For installation, they called as they said they would, came and set up/hooked up both machines. Even called a few days after to be sure I hadn't noticed any damage to the machines. I was really impressed and would shop there again for major appliances.

The company provided a lot of choice when choosing new kitchen cabinet doors. The staff helped me select the type of doors within my budget. Then I had a lot of choice for the hardware. The new doors look great and I am very pleased with the quality. The doors are durable, materials is easy to clean and I have had no issues with needing any repairs. They even gave me one extra door just in case it was needed down the road and I needed the exact color and lot. I would deal there again.

When I was looking to purchase a new mattress, the salesman was very knowledgeable. He explained the different categories, brands and the benefits of each. I asked questions about quality and options and he gave a lot of information to help me decide what was best. He was also considerate of cost and helped me find one within my budget. In the end, I also got free delivery and when it was delivered, the men unpacked everything, set the frame, boxspring and mattress up where I wanted it and they took all packaging away. I really appreciate the service received and am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend the Bay!

We were having difficulty getting the sensor on the sump pump to work properly. After calling Butler, the person I spoke with asked a few questions and was able to book an appointment the next day. When the plumber came, he assessed the situation and within a few minutes explained what the problem was. He worked efficiently to repair the problem and then explained exactly what he did and what caused the problem. He was very knowledgeable about other questions we had and he did a fantastic job. Would call this company again.

I needed fire extinguishers and went there as it was recommended to me. They explained everything I needed to know about extinguishers and helped pick a few for home. They showed me how to use them and gave great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Great selection and quality of duvets and sheet sets. Some items are quite pricey however, they carry high count sheets and really nice fabrics for duvets and throws. They also carry pillows in odd sizes which are hard to find elsewhere. I would go back and plus, they usually have some kind of sale.

There was a great selection of doors and staff seemed knowledgeable. after measuring each doorway inside the house and taking all the old doors in to the shop, with measurements labelled, almost every door was not cut correctly. Some had to be redone and even then, were not cut as they should have been. Paid for job to be done and it was sloppy! TO top it off, the wait time in all was too long! Would not recommend to anyone.

When deciding on an alarm system, Reliance came out to do an assessment, went over all the options in detail and up front indicated that they were able to use the existing system. Salesperson was not pushy and was knowledgeable about products and services. Everything was set up without a hitch and were able to get a great package for less than other comparable companies.

When Ashley came out to measure initially and give a quote, they were not precise on the product. They were unable to give an accurate quote when asked. The final product was not recommended, when in he store, it was highly recommended.

When beginning to plan the kitchen renovations, the entire process took forever! Details were overlooked on their part and in the end, there were errors made in the final product. Considering they have been in business for many years, work was sloppy and the errors made could not be corrected.
