I would be hard pressed to say anything different from the other reviews. Boris and company were professional, courteous, and helpful. Cozy World's estimate was as good or better than any we received, and came with excellent advice that saved us even more. (We heard about Cozy World from my brother-in-law, who had an A/C installed in a new house last summer). On installation day the crew arrived bang on time and began what must have been a challenging install, given the location and space constraints. However they completed the job in a timely manner, very neatly and professionally, even managing to route the intake/exhaust through a difficult space in order to make it 'disappear' (the original plan had it running where it would be visible in our garage) . They left us with thorough instructions, documentation, and the followup was immediate to make sure we registered our equipment for warranties and rebates. They were very conscientious with the cleanup afterwards, and took care to cover our floor before starting work. Most name-brand HVAC equipment is of comparable quality these days, often using the same components across brands. However, research will tell you that the quality of the installation is a major differentiator in the experience you will have over the life of the unit. Cozy World's work is top-knotch in this regard. Highly recommended.
