Excellent serice from the word go. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Rick Lawson, their rep was very knowledgable and very informative as this was the first system I had ever purchased. Explained fully the rebates available and how to take advantage of them. The instation team consisted of 4 great guys (Johnathan, Mike, Todd and Kev) They did a wonderful job. Very professional and neat looking units. Much better than what they were replacing. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Buttons Heating is highly recommended by me. Dave was recommended by our salesman to have our ducts cleaned before our new Furnace/AC/Filter were to be installed. Dave was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations regarding how to improve air flow. Dave and his partner Evan, worked through the house vent by vent from top to bottom and front to back. Reported debris findings and the place smelt great when they were done. They were very careful making sure all accessses were sealed and safe. A great job done by a couple of great guys. Thanks for all your interesting information and conversation. Highly recommended.
