My mom who lives in Bonvista had her main bathroom redone it was old like 1972. Replaced floor, tub & re-tiled, changed toilet, facets & lights. Absolutely more than 10 stars. Started on time, cleaned up after. Great Company I totally recommend this company. Attached are before & after Photos. Its brighter and looks a lot bigger as well. New Floor is awesome as well.

These guys are awesome. Mark & Herb have done an excellent job. Taking care of all the details in both bathrooms. Took 3 weeks to do . Started on March 12, 2018 & ended on March 29, 2018. -Installed Wedi in both bathrooms one bathroom the main has now a new deep soaker tub with nice tile we picked out. New Fans in both bathrooms. replaced all the rotted or water damaged flooring or wall. Great attention to detail Mark is awesome by the way. Herb came down on last day to check to make sure we were happy and everything was done the way we wanted. My husband had painted & I guess some of the paint had come off on the ceiling & Mark repaired no questions even though my husband had made the mistake as the putty I guess wasnt dry enough. Mark's attention to detail is awesome. Im a bit picky when it comes to certain things & I felt as if I was being too picky. Mark said no not a problem. The cats really got to know Mark and would greet him on ocassion at the door. Mark always cleaned up after each day when he was done working on the bathrooms. I cant say enough good things about this company. We bought most of our products like the tile, the fixtures, the tub & glass. It would have cost us at least double or triple for the products we used but we were able to buy though Herb's suppliers which they were also awesome. A few mix ups from the suppliers but Herb's wife got things handled & she is an awesome part of this team. Herb & mark were there for every step of if the tile was too dark or what kinda design & what would fit or not. These guys have you every step of the way. I would definately go with these guys for anything. Best reno company period! If I could rate higher I would as they are awesome! Thank you Herb & Mark & the rest of the crew you guys are awesome! Came in to upgrade 4 outlets at my mothers house. Was quoted approx $3000 to $7000.00 to upgrade all outlets. At that time we didnt have the funds to do so. So we never proceeded. Great jobs done tested everything. Would definately have them back. Also removed old sockets & replaced with new ones. And tested to make sure everything was ok.. Did some rewiring to panel as well.

Did an awesome job getting the stains out of the carpet . Very surprised got the really bad ones out. Moved some furniture. Didn't move the bed or one bookshelf (when I moved I found a stain & had to scrub myself) wasn't to bad though. Would definitely recommend this company. Did a great job. Got the stains out & that was for the entire 1 bedroom Apartment. Awesome cant say enough good things. If I need to do again as in move out or a friend will definitely call you again. :) Thanks

We had a really old 1 stage furnace not working & the heat was just to much in the house during the summer. Air force heating & air Conditioning did a most excellent job. Always around to answer questions we had. Ivan & John & Ivan's brother were awesome. Mark was great at explaining what we needed & not to go over what we didn't need. We had a new Furnace, AC, Hot water tank, Humifier, Air Filter all installed. Cleaned up after they had left very professional. My mother being a senior was extremely happy with everything. Still figuring out the controls on the new Honeywell for the AC & furnace. I would totally recommend them to anyone wanting a furnace or AC . If I cold give them more than 10 stars I would I would say 10 plus stars as they are awesome! Thank you so much Ivan & the rest of the crew. We had Hubbard come out & give us a quote. Then 2 weeks later they came to do our roof. They fixed a lot of the rotten roof. Which was a lot. We were told it would take 2 days to complete, however it took 4 days. I do understand why it took 4 days though. It was windy & rainy and it can be very dangerous for the roofers due to the high wind & rain. Which can be very slippery up on the roof. They did a awesome job. They cleaned up. Left one screw not a big deal. Good attention to detail and would definitely use again.. I understand they were super busy as well with the wind storm & rain. So that is to be expected. I definitely would recommend them. Also the price was excellent and service excellent.
