Wanted to resurface my deck which was very weathered. Had a couple of quotes that would power wash then stain, but I’ve tried power washing and didn’t think even an industrial strength one would clean it well enough. Sand & Stain was the only one to quote fully sanding down the deck before applying the stain. Pricing was very competitive with other quotes and did more than most quotes. Two workers came in to do the job and finished in a day, they cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and let me know through the day where they were in the process. Deck looks great, and should last a lot longer than painting (which as seen by my neighbour’s deck peeled after one winter). I definitely recommend you check them out for any staining projects.

After having a friend's recommended plumber bail last minute, I looked through Homestars for the highest rated plumber and phoned Integrity Plumbing. They are worth every star, in just over 12 hours they were on site and quickly had everything done (cabinet people were coming in a couple hours later). Had a sloppy setup originally but Paul was able cut all the pipes down and cap without an issue. Will definitely have him back for the hook up after the cabinets/sink are in. Brought Paul back in to do the reconnection and he went through different options for pipes/hoses, worked around where I was adding shelving, gave me another foot across (at least) of workable space by making everything as flush with the back wall as possible, easy to follow where everything is going for future work. Again, top notch work and worth every star and will use him/Integrity Plumbing again for any future work I have.

Had some birds nest in my 2nd story vent last year, needed help closing off the vent - enter Handyman Connection. They came over to give me a quote, and were so reasonably priced I had the person go ahead and do it then. They cleared out the vent (no residents), put in a wire cover, wiped down the outer slats, and cleaned a good portion of siding below the vent which had been stained with droppings - couldn't even tell birds had nested there before when he was finished, fantastic job - highly recommend them.
