Awning after install service is pathetic
We used this company for our awning on our patio and the job was well done. But now that the remote and motor not working properly, I have called a number of times and left messages for both Randy and Jason - no one has called me back. What is the point of a ten year warranty if they don't respond?

Please feel free to call myself here at the office. I have personally not received a voicemail message as all of our voicemails are saved and logged. It is very highly unlikely the remote and motor would fail at the same time as it is most likely your breaker or GFI plug that is the problem. Feel free to call me and I can walk you through it.
