If you are doing ANY concrete landscaping work around your property I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you get Sunmar Landscaping to do the job. My mother in-law suggested I get a quote from Sunmar as they recently poured a lot of concrete for her and she was extremely pleased with their work. I saw how great a job they on her property so I gave them a call to get a quote. Mario came by, measured everything up, gave suggestions and left the decision to us. We loved his quote and ideas and decided to go with them. They did a lot of work here. They did concrete around our newly installed pool, both sides of the house, the front porch and the driveway. They also did a little sitting in front of our bay window. This job was not easy as they had to deal with challenges due to the way the pool was installed (sand bottom and back-filled by the pool company with dirt rather than gravel). Mario, his experienced sons Brandon and Jonathan and their crew Luis and Rick did an outstanding job making sure that the patio around the pool drains towards the nearest easement without making the grading obvious. We have had several heavy rainfalls this summer since the patio was installed and I can tell you that everything drains perfectly due to the expert grading job that these guys did. They excellent communicators right from arranging the first meeting to implementing the design. They have lots of experience so they have lots of ideas to share about landscaping and what would looks good. They are up to date with modern landscaping styles so when they provide suggestions they are based on current trends and designs. That said, we LOVE the stone that they suggested for the coping around the pool and they did a SUPER job cutting the angles to make sure they fit snug. In fact we loved the stone so much we went with it on our front porch and front porch steps. Really makes the front of our house look more elegant. That was Mario's suggestion...him and his sons definitely have a eye for design! It has been about a month since they job was finished and neighbours , some from way down the street and who I have never met, are constantly commenting on our property, the concrete, the expertly cut stone and how clean everything looks. They tell me they want Sunmar for their future projects. So when you are getting your quotes be sure to get a quote from Sunmar. My family and I have worked with several landscaping companies over the years and in my opinion they are simply THE BEST Landscaping company working with concrete in the GTA, no questions.

Our house is was built in the early nineties and was need of new windows. After getting several quotes from popular GTA window companies we felt discouraged by the price and type of window. My wife and I wanted to install potlights in our living room, which was only lit with tabletop lamps. There were no light fixtures in the ceiling. We figured that if we hired a company to do this then they might as well install pot lights in the kitchen and the family room. I shopped around and got several quotes. I inquired how they would install the lights as I have heard of horror stories where the installation is done by drilling hole in the wall to help fish cable through. I wanted a skilled professional electrician who could install 22 pot lights without making a mess of my walls , or house. Who can do this ? Mr. Pot Light! They charge $80 per Light which is extremely reasonable considering the quality of the work , their attention to detail in planning the layout and the quality switches and lights that they use. Remember how I said that our living room didn’t have ceiling light fixtures? Well they installed the lights and re-wired a nearby switch that was originally used in that space to toggle the outlet the table lamp was plugged into . Now that switch turns on and off the pot lights in living. -they are super clean. Installing 22 lights means bits of wire , ceiling dust, pink installation pieces here and there, etc. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING!!!! The only holes they drilled were the holes for the lights. -$1840 for the installation of 22 lights, dimmer switches, no mess, super clean job COMPLETED IN AN HOUR AND HALF! You want pot lights, get these guys to do the job. You will not be sorry. I am picky and worry about contractors doing their jobs. right. These guys nailed it!

My kids bathroom desperately needed the floor to be upgraded from the run-of-the-mill builders grade tile that was originally installed. I got several quotes from tile installation companies in Halton region. The best quote and reviews came from Rick. So I called him up and he came by and gave me an estimate that was extremely reasonable compared to others others that I had researched. When I went to go buy the tile it seems everybody in the tile store knew Rick. He demoed the old floor and was neat in cleaning up afterwards. He is full of ideas and is great to bounce ideas around how to install new tile, transition pieces, etc. In all he is a good professional down-to-earth guy who stands by his work. I will be calling him again for my next tile project. I highly highly recommend calling Rick for your tile installation jobs.

Complete roof replaced. My neighbour had theirs done at the same time by these guys too. They are hardworking, caring and efficient. They used Canadian-made BP eave protectors and underlayments which features the weather-tite roofing system. This includes an ice and water shield that exceeds local building code to provide an extra level of protection. Roofing projects such as these can get extremely messy. These guys went above and beyond with their cleanup after the job was completed. They also came back and visited the next day to do some fine-tuning on the roof and do another level of cleanup. My property looks just as it was before they started roofing. I couldn’t be happier. They even shielded my garage doors with large pieces of plywood so that the door finishes wouldn’t get damaged during the roof installation. Oh and I should also mention that I had an antenna mounted on the roof that was accurately pointing in a specific direction to maximize reception. They removed the antenna to install the shingles and put it back exactly as they found it, pointing it the exact same angle! You just can’t beat that attention to detail. In short , I highly recommend Twin Peaks Roofing. I would hire them again! Super jobs Max and your Twin Peaks Roofing crew!!
