Appliance order included both removal and installation. When the appliance was delivered the delivery men refused to disconnect the old washer. It was never mentioned that we are responsible for the disconnecting of the old washer. We now have an extra cost of hiring a plumber.

Laid interlocking balcony tiles. Prompt and quick service. Very polite and readily answered all questions. Cleaned up after the job was completed.
