A poor job closing the pool for the winter resulted in a cracked liner and cracked circulation line. After speaking with Brad on the phone he assured me that they would come take a look at the pool to access any damages and determine if R&S would clean it. After over a week of not showing up, another family member was told that R&S would not be coming and it would be our responsibility. The end result is the cost of the liner being replaced earlier than necessary ($5K+) and the bottom circulation line will need to be permanently capped and abandoned (resulting in poor circulation for the deep end). We will be using another pool company going forward.
