I really can't say enough about this company, and about Muhammad. He is the consumate professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure the job has been completed and won't reoccur, and that his customers are satisfied and at ease. It's never a nice situation, to find that there is an issue with any kind of pest in your home but Muhammad made sure we had all the information we needed about the process, and very helpful tips for future prevention. As a trained entimologist, he is also extremely knowledgeable. I was incredibly stressed out when I first called Muhammad, but he responded right away, assessed the situation and treated the problem. Along the way, he has made several visits to our home to ensure everything was all clear, and that we felt comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!

Chris came to paint the exterior of our brick house. He was extremely thorough, detail-oriented and took great pride in his work. Chris kept us informed every step of the way, and did a lot of the work with a brush, in order to have the paint really absorb into the brick (which was time consuming!) He ended up having to use more paint than he had originally thought, and took extra days to do it, yet stuck to his original quote. He even came back to re-paint our house number, when I mentioned I had changed my mind about the colour. A real class act. A true professional. I would highly recommend him!!!!

We had a large pool of water accumulating outside our basement door this morning, so contacted Steve at Dr. Rooter. He not only called back right away, but showed up within the hour. We worried that this would be a costly and time-consuming job but Steve quickly assessed that there was a simple solution to our problem. I could hardly believe it when he came back to say "All fixed!" And at no charge! Highest recommendation for Dr. Rooter and for Steve!
