John is everything you could want in a handyman. He is thorough, efficient, skilled in a wide variety of areas and cleans up when he's finished. He is an excellent communicator and shows up when he says he will and does what he says he will do. As our regular handyman, he hits the sweet spot of knowing when to take initiative and when to check in. We have been through enough handymen to know gold when we have it, and John's pure gold.

In a time where customer service is often pretty shoddy, The Drain Man was a total delight from the first call to the finished job. Excellent responsive communication, efficient work, very pleasant workman, great job and wonderful cleanup. Big shout out to Teddy and Tyrone who came on a Saturday, worked like crazy, and finished the job the same day. Also big thanks to Ray, who was a huge help. Clearly, I strongly recommend this company. Two thumbs up.
