This was our 2nd time working with Tom on a home inspection, and it was no surprise that he provided a very thorough inspection of our home with a detailed follow-up report with action items and recommended timelines to resolve these potential issues. Tom is really an expert in his field and knows which stone to overturn to look for problems. Buying a home during a pandemic had many restrictions, one of which included a very short time frame to conduct a good home inspection. However, Tom made it happen and found a way of inspecting every area of the house and provided us with a 50 page report of all of his findings along with high resolution pictures. He was very efficient with answering my initial emails and provided a good range of options to choose from for the home inspection. Tom was meticulous, detailed with his inspection, thorough, very knowledgeable, and walked us through the entire inspection process. He provided us with recommendations on what issues needed our immediate attention and associated costs. We were very impressed with his detailed inspection report (and accompanying pictures) that he prepared for us within hours following the home inspection (he was mindful of the urgency of this report as we were bidding on a home the following morning). While we lost out on this house, we will definitely be using Tom in the near future when we are closer to finding our next home.
