We have a Samsung induction stove that is brand new and under the manufacturer 1 year warranty - there was a problem with the wifi feature and so Samsung sent out Elite Appliance to check out the issue Elite scheduled the service visit the very next day - which was impressive! In my experience with other companies like Sears, they don't show up from until 5-7 days after the service call. Elite is different! Elite also was excellent at communicating via text message when the technician will be coming, who he was (Andy was polite and helpful - and solved the issue in just minutes!). And after the service visit, I received further text message follow-up asking if everything went well. The communication was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend Elite Appliance for their excellent service. #4142209268
