My badly out-of-control garden looks wonderful! Shrubs removed, weeds gone, plants trimmed, beds edged and mulched. Service was great, Shir was a pleasure to deal with. I'll have them back in the spring again for sure.

If you are considering dealing with Ted and his company, Downtown Restorations and Renovations, DO NOT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE!!! It's been 10 weeks since he started a deck project for myself and my neighbour, and it's STILL not completed to our satisfaction. Work is shoddy in many areas, and downright dangerous in others. The rise on the steps varies from step to step - 6 1/2, then 7 then 7 1/2 inches until the bottom step, which is 11 inches from the ground. He does not answer his phone, does not respond to emails or text messages. Over 10 days ago, he promised to rectify all deficiencies and has not been seen or heard from again. DO NOT CALL THIS MAN!!

I needed to change the lock on my front door for a different type. I bought the lock at Home Depot, and as it turned out, the lock was defective. Dmitri waited patiently at NO additional charge as I went back to Home Depot and exchanged the lock.. The final price was exactly as he originally quoted over the phone. He was very professional, I would recommend him and this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend Monster Plowing Co. I have used their services for several years now. Everything is cleared according to our agreement, and I never have to worry about whether someone will show up or not.
