We hired Impressions Concrete to build a porch and pathway in front of our house, leading into the backyard. Mike is very responsive. We had a few contractors come by for an estimate but never followed up with a quote. Mike came by and provided a quote within a couple days. He was also able to start the job a few days earlier than scheduled. His crew is very friendly and they work early mornings and late nights to ensure the job is completed on time. They also helped with a bit of landscaping afterwards to give the area a completed look.

Rumi and his team built my deck and pergola last summer. During the winter the wind blew off the lattice ceiling that's on top of the pergola. I tried contacting Rumi several times by phone, email and text and he would not respond. I tried one last time to call him and he finally decided to answer his phone. All he said though was, "you have the wrong number" then promptly hung up.

Don't believe any positive reviews you read about this company! I've had my AC installed in 2013 and I I've had to have it service at least 4 times because it constantly leaks refrigerant over the winter and the unit is empty by the spring. It's been an extremely frustrating experience dealing with this company the past 6 years. During that time they have: 1) Offered a free annual inspection to apologize for their poor customer service, but then reneged on the offer because I didn't change my review. 2) Only offered band-aid solutions to deal with the leak, without finding the actual source. This enables them to cover their 1-month warranty period and continually charge $400 for a leak test to extract as much money from you as possible. I paid $1200 in leak tests - half as much of what I paid for the AC itself. 3) Refused to replace parts under warranty so that they can extract as much money from you as possible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST, INCOMPETENT and UNETHICAL.
