Weve engaged Total Home Windows and Doors to change a large patio door and 3 windows on the main floor, as the original builder failed to install proper insulation and water was getting into the house. Eugene came to our place promptly and proposed a couple of solutions and price points to allow us to replace the door / windows. We have been in touch throughout the entire process, and he provided updates on the manufacturing and installation timelines. Nazar went way above and beyond in doing proper fixes once the door and windows had been removed and the extent of damage became visible. Nazar also performed extra work to ensure the siding, and the new door / windows are well integrated to provide proper insulation. The installation was smooth, and the team cleaned up after themselves properly. Everything looks great and no more water comes into the house. Exceptional work, and I could not be happier with the result.
