The Duct Cleaning Specialists are really, really good. I thought I was to pay $425.00, (my error) for my duct cleaning but they were very honest and charged me $325.00 for their cleaning--talk about impressive!! Most people would take the money and run. The entire job took about 2 hours and 20-30 minutes to do. Johnny and Mike were on time and I believe that Mike was 'in training.' They explained to me what they were doing and I had a LOT of questions. Johnny and Mike were very courteous and PATIENT. When their house vacuum was running very loud (as all duct cleaning machines are loud), and I would ask them a question, they would turn off the house vacuum so that they could address my question so that we did not have to shout. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone who wants duct cleaning done. They are very honest, have integrity and told me that if I have any concerns or issues, they would come back to my home to address those concerns.
