William and his team did an excellent job at installing engineered floor in my living room and 2 bedrooms in my condo. From the very beginning, William was very attentive, friendly, and professional. He responded to my texts right away and made me feel comfortable about many of the decisions that I had to make. William and his team were able to complete the entire job in 1 day. I highly recommend Kaayla for your bathtub and shower recaulking and cleaning needs. She's very friendly, professional, timely, transparent and explains to you what she's going to do and why she's going to do it. Right from the start, she emailed me back right away and called me that very evening to explain what she thought would be the best approach in cleaning my shower. She showed up in full PPE and wore indoor slippers inside of my condo and I felt like she respected my condo apartment very much. Kaayla was excellent at explaining how I could maintain the cleanliness of my new shower. She cleaned the tiles, the glass, the floor, removed mold, and recaulked everything with precision and efficiency.
