As soon as my review was up, I was contacted and the "But" was taken care of very, very quickly so a huge thumbs up for the speedy and polite fix when it happened. Thank you. Yes, I would use this service again. I would also like to, in hindsight, say how happy I am after this unbelievably soggy and snowy and cold and miserably wet ( did I say wet ) winter season, that these guys came through and did the initial job in the first place. I cannot imagine how miserable this winter would have been if my roof was still leaking and I am super pleased they were so quick to get the work done in the first place. THANK YOU ALL. These guys did the job well and quick and were quite friendly so work wise I was pretty happy, however there was one small but sad glitch, they punched a hole in my patio covering. We made mention to them and someone came out to look pretty fast, but after that, nothing. We did a follow up call, nothing. So sadly we have had a hole in the patio roof for the rainiest winter ever. No compensation was offered and certainly the easy fix was never done so........ as long as nothing goes wrong these guys are great, however if you do have a little issue, you may want to reconsider
