Second time we used this excellent firm. First time was a rug to be cleaned and sanitized following a dog accident. This time, we had a water leak in our basement and two rugs were soaked. I called Reliable - easy to find, they put a label with their name and phone number on the back of the rug after they clean it - and arranged for pick-up. The agent quoted a cost over the phone and a pick up time. The rugs were picked up as promised. Within a week I was called to arrange delivery. The rugs came back as scheduled, looking like new, smelling like new, the cost was exactly as quoted, and the driver (Steve) was friendly, asking where the rugs were to be placed and checking to see if I needed help to put them back in place.
