Although the store was not quite opened - we were able to telephone them about our need for a new cover. They ordered it for us and discounted the price for the inconvenience of them not being 100% available (due to the fact they weren't open yet) Hot tub cover was perfect. We took a visit to the store after it opened - very very nice garden furniture - very high end. They were very helpul and even served us espresso! By the way, they sell those too...

...to St Catherines! Price could not be beat for the same hot tub at any store we tried...so very happy. Hot tub was as ordered and delivered on time. Especially love the foot massager!

Arrived on time and prepared to do the job! Grass was trenched neatly - it was a loooong way from the metre so we needed heavy duty tubing - no problem. Pool shed was professionally vented to code. Would recommend.

Butterfly painting was recommended to us by neighbours, however, our experience was not as satisfying as our friends! Although, they arrived on time and did the job, it was clear we had their 'b-team'! The job was barely adequate and they did not caulk or even finish behind the toilets. If I had been more knowledgeable, i would have known that i was paying waaaay too much.

They were excellent and affordable. Came on schedule and came back to fix an error caused by a measurement mistake (by other contractor) for free and virtually immediately. Very happy - will use them again and recommend them to friends.

Boldt installed our inground reverse mountain lake pool in 2003. The were professional, timely, courteous, respectful and efficient. 7 years later our backyard still looks awesome. Any concerns we met were handled quickly and without additional charges. They were actually the lowest priced estimate too. We would recommend them to all our friends!
