Decide to go with Atlascare to provide yearly maintenance on your furnace and gas fireplace. When it came to the fireplace the pilot light would shut off minutes after turning the fireplace - Atlascare techs assumed it was one part that had to be replaced when it was always the valve. We decided to cancel our maintenance plan with Atlascare when they told us how much it would cost us out of pocket as the 1st part & labour would come out of the yearly allowance... We just loss faith in Atlascare due to the techs lack of knowledge...
