All in all, I am proud of supporting a local business from sales to factory to install crews, they are all local businesses. I'm very happy with my new windows (4mm double pane casement style) and contemporary front door. He made sure I ordered the right windows and helped me to source the door I wanted without the extra wait. He did extra quality control to ensure the windows paints are up to his standard. - The day of service was also amazing. The crew was dedicated, clean, and ensure everything is upgraded. Yuli made sure I'm totally satisfied with the job afterwards. Wow! I plan to order more windows next year.

The end result was an one-of-a-kind, calm, organic, bright home that redefines what a ‘basement’ is. She sourced eco-friendly materials, like low VOC emission paint; water-resistant, Scandinavian looking luxury vinyl; sink faucet and shower and LED lighting. Throughout the whole journey, a thousand decisions were made to ensure the maximum comfort of my ideal tenant — and guess what? Rosa’s design manifested the ideal person, almost exactly to the brief.

Found watermark in the ceiling. Called Arthur for a roof repair quote. He came to inspect the next day, clearly explained his work, showed me the materials and got the job completed in an hour. Recommend Arthur for his job and he kept the site clean!
