I purchased 3 large windows for my home, and although one of them was not the correct measurement when it came in terms of window pane size, Home Depot did everything in there power to make sure that this error was fixed. I did have to wait another few weeks for another one to be ordered, but I didn't mind waiting. The customer service I received from the Service Representative was excellent! The installers also were very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves, which was also important to me.
