Working with Ryan and Willams Landscaping really wasn't all that easy. Ryan really wasn't all that proactive. Lots of me following up, and on many occasions multiple times. The job moved into the winter and there were a few last pieces that Ryan promised to complete first thing in the spring. He came back for part of it and then disappeared again. I followed up again on multiple occasions (with no response) and when I finally did get a response, I couldn't get a commitment for him to come back and finish. I then chose to move on to get someone else to come and finish. Dealing with Ryan is difficult. He was not proactive, at times not responsive, defensive, deflects blame, and has trouble following through on his commitments. While the work was ok, it's not worth the effort.

Replace a standalone shower in a bathroom. Good price, professional, great communicators and completed the work earlier than expected. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan. A great company with quality work.

For all minor plumbing, I just call DS. Not the lowest cost however they are professional and reliable. Great quality work, show up early or on time always! Would most definitely recommend.

We contracted Joe Milroy to help us build a three row modern infill. The project was to start in October 214 and complete in May 2015. It's now January 2016, and our project is not complete. Not only is it not complete, but we have had to engage a separate firm to help us remediate (at our cost, and the costs are significant) the quality issues that can be found all over the house. The drywall is poor,the trim is incorrect, there is damage to the windows and doors as a result of the poor oversight, the hardwood finishes are terrible. His poor decisions and oversight now force us to re trim the entire house, He routinely made decisions without referring to the design binders provided him. He was so poorly organized that we missed committed completion dates in May/August/ October/November and December. He routinely asks for payment in advance of achieving milestones and even asked for an advance on the final payment when we were not in the house, and with the finishes in a state that could only be considered a disaster. Joe would not follow through on commitments, routinely delaying.....the trades hired routinely complained that he was unavailable, or that they needed to return over and over again as opposed to Joe organizing them to come and complete everything at once. We have issues that were raised back in August/September that he never addresses and our new PM has rectified within a week of working with us. He also ran a culture on the job sight that tolerated damage to windows, doors, flooring, drywall..hence the reason some of the trades refuse to come back to fix as they have already been back on multiple occasions and Joe takes no ownership or accountability for the situation. I would avoid at all cost.

After having spent 50k for windows and doors for 3 new builds, it was identified that the windows for 1 unit were not delivered as ordered. After reaching out to salesman, we learned that he left Dalmen. He referred us to the manager in St Isidore. The Manager refused to respond to any of our inquiries (6 times we reached out) so we then reached to out to the President and GM. The President ignored our first email, and after the second follow up, he responded promising to call. Two weeks later no call, 3 more emails following up, he has still refused to acknowledge our communication. If the President and Management refuse to communicate with an unhappy client, I can't imagine why the rest of the team at Dalmen would care. In hindsight i wished i had made a different choice, and i would recommend that you stay away. Not easy to deal with and after they cash your cheque, they are no where to be found.

Tagged my furnace after a cleaning 3 days before Christmas. I had no issues with the tagging a a seal was cracked. I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed the next day as there was no heat. I sat around between the agreed upon window (7 am to 11am). No one showed. I called back reliance and the woman on the phone kept asking me if it was about my hot water tank, I informed her it was regarding my furnace...i thought she would have known given they were the ones who tagged the furnace. The had to reschedule the appointment to the next day as a result of the no show....next day: I sat around between the hours of 8am and 1pm (the agreed upon window with reliance)....at 1pm, they were a no show again. Called reliance and i was asked the same questions by the same woman....i reminded her again that Reliance was the company who tagged my furnace...and i sat around for a second day, and a total of 9 hours, and reliance didn't show. She asked if i wanted to reshchedual again. I wasn't interested. I called Francis heating, booked an appointment..with only a two hour waiting window. He showed up on time and solved my problem quickly. Wont use reliance again, neither should you..they subcontract out and it appears their subcontractors don't really care about timeliness or service.

Professional, genuine and likeable contractor who takes pride in Client Service. Our experience in working with Jamie was great. He cared about the details, continually checked in to make sure he was delivering on what we expected. He was prompt, finished on time and on budget. Definitely someone that you can rely on. Thanks for a great painting experience Jamie!

We had an issue with our snow plowing contract. Staff tried to resolve, but couldnt't..once we were able to get a hold of the owner, issue was resolved to our liking.
