We liked the idea of dry-cleaning the carpets to avoid the soggy underpads and the long wait time before entering the room, as we were on a tight schedule for the moving day. Unfortunately, the company showed up a few hours late (without bothering to call). The cleaning process itself worked fine, and the technician clearly knew what he was doing. Average results and average price range.
Finally a moving company which proved to be reliable and provided excellent service.The customer representative, Donna, took it upon herself to come after work and drop off more boxes and wrapping paper at no extra charge as we underestimated how much we needed. The pricing was more than fair - they had to do two trips during moving day, but only charged for one. The only downside was their packaging service for kitchen goods. I expected special slated boxes to put dishes, glasses, cups etc without the hassle for wrapping them first in paper (we had that for our international move, and it was a great time saver!). However, it turned out to be just that: lots of wrapping paper around every dish, and boxes only had a few basic dividers. In hindsight, I would have rather not booked the packing for the kitchen, but done it myself. All other services, however, were great. Friendly movers who worked really hard and fast, great coverage for all furniture with blankets and shrink-wrap, and great care with all of our stuff (nothing got broken - a first in our many moves!). I highly recommend them.
