Total cost to bring my 1700 square ft. attic up to R60 from approx. R25 including sealing air infiltration around access hatch and inspecting other areas, installing foam baffles between all rafters and cleaning up was approx. $2200 including taxes. They filled out the initial paperwork for the Ontario rebate ($1600.00 in my case). Nice and even deep spread in the attic and complete job finished in approximately 3 hours with no mess left behind. Nice and personable people, don’t hesitate to answer all questions and describe their process.

My wife called a few highly rated homestars companies but received rather abrupt replies. Moe was very personable and she forwarded him a fooor plan for his recommendations and an estimate. Nima showed up promptly to give a firm estimate. I did not even realize he was installing with his crew that day as wifey had already arranged. Kind of wondered why 2 were waiting in the truck and why they were movng wire and tools inside. Anyway over 6 hours they installed 6 potlights and a switch in the living room, 8 potlights in the upper hall with a dimmer wired in uostairs and a rather neat remote dimmer with memory on the main floor. 4 additional potlights were installed in the main floor hall and under the stairs controlled by a single switch. All this work and no mess left behind. There was only one area where the wall had to be cut...a 4 inch circle cut in the living room high on the wall with the plug returned and plastered in. Great job, thanks Nima and Moe and crew.

Dave did a great job, very quickly diagnosed the problem.. Came within 30 minutes on an evening call....a plastic bag had been sucked into the intake and this shut down the furnace
