This was a complete makeover. Remove massive, outdated fireplace structure and replace with a top quality linear fireplace with complete remote control ( temperature control, flame height, automatic off ). New fireplace structure has a smaller footprint and is finished with Italian ceramic tile. Wall mount TV was incorporated in a shallow recess above fireplace. Cool Smart TV WLl kit and Horizontal vent installed to route heat away from TV. Demolition, construction, fireplace installation, installation of additional hardwood flooring and tiling all completed in 4 consecutive working days. All construction personnel wore masks and were very professional. Work area cleaned up every day. These guys were absolutely fantastic. Fireplace functions beautifully and heats our open concept bungalow quickly. Settings can be adjusted remotely to provide quick heating or just a smaller decorative flame. Timberwolf sent 3 men to check out all requirements and prepared a very detailed quote for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Timberwolf to prospective customers. Their sales team is enthusiastic, answered all of our questions and even pointed out a few things we forgot to ask. We are absolutely 100 % happy with our new fireplace.

I called when my spare fridge stopped working. They set up a next day appointment for me, showed up on time and recommended not fixing the fridge as it would be too costly. Wasn't what I hoped for but it was our best option. Would use them again without hesitation.
